電機 - 電機常見故障檢修

     在家(jia)用(yong)電器設(she)備中(zhong),如電扇、電冰箱、洗衣(yi)機(ji)、抽油煙機(ji)、吸塵器等,其工作動(dong)(dong)力(li)均采用(yong)單相交流電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)。這種電動(dong)(dong)機(ji)結(jie)構較簡單,因(yin)此(ci)有些常見故障可在業余(yu)條件下(xia)進(jin)行修復。  

 1、電動機通電后不啟動  

    該故障(zhang)除(chu)了電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)回路(lu)、電(dian)(dian)機(ji)繞組不良外,大多(duo)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)異常(chang)。電(dian)(dian)扇、排(pai)風(feng)扇、洗衣機(ji)等電(dian)(dian)機(ji)一般采(cai)用電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)啟(qi)動(dong)運轉(zhuan);而(er)電(dian)(dian)冰箱、冷(leng)柜等的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)多(duo)采(cai)用電(dian)(dian)阻分相啟(qi)動(dong)運轉(zhuan),一旦(dan)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)中的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)或(huo)分相電(dian)(dian)阻損(sun)壞(huai),電(dian)(dian)機(ji)就不能正常(chang)運轉(zhuan),檢修時應先排(pai)除(chu)啟(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)故障(zhang)后(hou)再查電(dian)(dian)機(ji)故障(zhang)。 

  若啟(qi)動電(dian)路正(zheng)常(chang),則可能是電(dian)動機內部繞(rao)組局(ju)部短路或斷路,可用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)R×1擋測各(ge)繞(rao)組電(dian)阻值(zhi)來判斷。 

  如電冰箱壓縮機(ji)(ji)電機(ji)(ji),正常情況下啟(qi)動(dong)繞(rao)組電阻值約為(wei)23Ω,運行繞(rao)組電阻值為(wei)10Ω左(zuo)右,起動(dong)和(he)運行串(chuan)接繞(rao)組正常阻值應(ying)為(wei)兩者之和(he)。  

 2、電動(dong)機轉速慢而無力(li)   

       電(dian)動機在通電(dian)后(hou)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速慢而無力(li)時,對于電(dian)容啟動式電(dian)機大多為電(dian)容器(qi)容量不(bu)足、漏電(dian)嚴重或電(dian)源電(dian)壓過低;此(ci)外鼠(shu)籠轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)鋁(lv)條部分如(ru)果有嚴重的缺(que)損及斷(duan)條情況,特別是洗衣機電(dian)機經(jing)常啟動和正反交替(ti)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)鋁(lv)條較大的感應電(dian)流易使轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)鋁(lv)條斷(duan)裂,也導致(zhi)運轉(zhuan)(zhuan)慢而無力(li)。 

  當發現(xian)鋁(lv)條有裂(lie)縫時(shi)(shi),可用(yong)手電鉆在(zai)裂(lie)縫間鉆一個小孔,用(yong)相應的鋁(lv)絲條嵌入孔內,然后(hou)將其敲平鉚死(si),最后(hou)用(yong)鋼銼和砂紙打磨平整光滑即可。若鋁(lv)條斷裂(lie)面較大(da)時(shi)(shi),有條件(jian)的可采(cai)用(yong)鋁(lv)絲氣焊的方法加以修(xiu)補。   

3、電(dian)動機外殼帶電(dian)  

    一般(ban)要(yao)求電(dian)機泄漏電(dian)流不應(ying)大(da)于0.8mA,以保(bao)證人身(shen)安(an)全。  

     電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)外殼(ke)(ke)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的主(zhu)要原因有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)內某引(yin)出線絕(jue)(jue)緣破損并碰觸殼(ke)(ke)體;電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)繞組局部燒毀(hui)引(yin)起定子與外殼(ke)(ke)間(jian)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。較多(duo)見(jian)的是(shi)長期處(chu)于(yu)高(gao)濕環境,導致電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)受(shou)潮絕(jue)(jue)緣降低而(er)使機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼(ke)(ke)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。此(ci)時,可用搖表(biao)測量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)各(ge)繞組與機(ji)(ji)(ji)殼(ke)(ke)間(jian)的絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi),若在2MΩ以下,則說明(ming)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)已受(shou)潮嚴(yan)重,應將(jiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)定子繞組進行烘烤去潮處(chu)理。   

4、電(dian)動機運轉時溫升(sheng)加劇  

    各類家用單相電動機在正常工(gong)作狀態下,其(qi)電機殼體表面溫度(du)一般(ban)比(bi)環境溫度(du)高(gao)20℃左右(you),最高(gao)溫升(sheng)不應(ying)高(gao)于70℃。如(ru)果電機工(gong)作幾(ji)分鐘后出現殼體表面溫度(du)劇升(sheng),且(qie)機內(nei)散發焦油味甚(shen)至冒煙,則為電機過熱故障(zhang)。  

    電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)過熱(re)溫升的(de)原因(yin),主(zhu)要有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)自身質量問題;電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)長(chang)期(qi)處(chu)于超負荷(he)運行(xing)狀態(tai)(傳動機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)構(gou)故障(zhang)引起電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)負荷(he)大(da));電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)散(san)熱(re)條件(jian)差;電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)繞(rao)(rao)組局部(bu)短路等。其中較常見的(de)是繞(rao)(rao)組匝間 短路,可拆(chai)開機(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)殼檢(jian)查繞(rao)(rao)組。如果線(xian)(xian)包(bao)無燒毀(hui)現(xian)象,可將(jiang)定子(zi)重新進行(xing)浸漆絕緣(yuan)處(chu)理(li),然后烘干。若(ruo)線(xian)(xian)包(bao)有(you)(you)局部(bu)燒毀(hui),那只(zhi)有(you)(you)更換(huan)繞(rao)(rao)組線(xian)(xian)包(bao)。  

   5、電動機運(yun)行噪聲大  

    電機(ji)工作(zuo)噪(zao)聲(sheng)大,一(yi)(yi)般有兩(liang)種原(yuan)因,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)機(ji)械(xie)噪(zao)聲(sheng),主要(yao)是(shi)(shi)電機(ji)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)磨損和缺油(you),產(chan)生硬(ying)摩(mo)擦噪(zao)聲(sheng)。對此(ci)可清洗后加(jia)入(ru)潤滑脂減(jian)少噪(zao)聲(sheng)。當(dang)轉子(zi)軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)與軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)松動(dong)或(huo)端蓋(gai)松動(dong)時,也會(hui)使電機(ji)在旋轉時產(chan)生軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)竄動(dong)發出噪(zao)聲(sheng)。也有一(yi)(yi)些(xie)裝配質量差(cha)的(de)電機(ji),軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)室(shi)不同心,電機(ji)徑向(xiang)間隙(xi)不均勻等均會(hui)產(chan)生異常噪(zao)聲(sheng)。對此(ci),只要(yao)拆下外蓋(gai)和后內(nei)蓋(gai),取出轉子(zi)和定子(zi)座,重(zhong)新敲鉚內(nei)蓋(gai)的(de)中心軸(zhou)(zhou)(zhou)即可應急修(xiu)復。 

  另外,一些罩極式電機的短路環松動或鐵心松動而產生電磁噪聲,應采取夾緊(jin)措施。  

   6、其他方面(mian)故障(zhang)  

  工業(ye)用(yong)(yong)電機(ji)(ji)(ji)在(zai)長期運行過程中,受(shou)應(ying)力所致常會(hui)出現磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)類故障(zhang):如減速機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)器傳遞扭(niu)矩(ju)較(jiao)大,法(fa)(fa)(fa)蘭面上的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)孔磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)傳遞扭(niu)矩(ju)不平穩;電機(ji)(ji)(ji)軸軸承損(sun)(sun)(sun)壞后(hou),造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)軸承位磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun);軸頭、鍵(jian)槽間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)等等。該類問題發生后(hou),傳統(tong)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)多(duo)以補(bu)焊或刷(shua)鍍(du)后(hou)機(ji)(ji)(ji)加工修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)為(wei)主(zhu),但兩(liang)者均(jun)存在(zai)一定弊端:補(bu)焊高(gao)溫(wen)產生的(de)(de)(de)熱應(ying)力無法(fa)(fa)(fa)完全消(xiao)除,易造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)材(cai)質損(sun)(sun)(sun)傷,使部(bu)件出現彎曲或斷裂;而電刷(shua)鍍(du)受(shou)涂(tu)層厚度限(xian)制(zhi),容(rong)易剝落,且以上兩(liang)種方法(fa)(fa)(fa)都是用(yong)(yong)金屬(shu)修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)金屬(shu),無法(fa)(fa)(fa)改(gai)變“硬對硬”的(de)(de)(de)配合(he)(he)關(guan)系(xi),在(zai)各(ge)力綜(zong)合(he)(he)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下,仍會(hui)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)再(zai)次磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)。目前以非金屬(shu)修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)金屬(shu)的(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)(fa)(fa)主(zhu)要(yao)是高(gao)分(fen)子復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)。材(cai)料具(ju)有(you)超強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)粘(zhan)著力,優(you)異(yi)的(de)(de)(de)抗壓強(qiang)度等綜(zong)合(he)(he)性(xing)能(neng),應(ying)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)分(fen)子復(fu)合(he)(he)材(cai)料修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu),既(ji)無補(bu)焊熱應(ying)力影響,修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)厚度也不受(shou)限(xian)制(zhi),同時(shi)產品所具(ju)有(you)的(de)(de)(de)金屬(shu)材(cai)料不具(ju)備的(de)(de)(de)退(tui)讓性(xing),可吸收設(she)備的(de)(de)(de)沖(chong)擊震動,避免(mian)再(zai)次磨(mo)(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)(sun)的(de)(de)(de)可能(neng),并延長了設(she)備部(bu)件的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)壽命,為(wei)企(qi)業(ye)節(jie)省(sheng)大量的(de)(de)(de)停機(ji)(ji)(ji)時(shi)間(jian),創造(zao)(zao)巨(ju)大的(de)(de)(de)經濟價值。
