電機 - 電機常見故障檢修

     在家用(yong)電(dian)器設備(bei)中,如(ru)電(dian)扇、電(dian)冰箱、洗衣機(ji)(ji)(ji)、抽油煙機(ji)(ji)(ji)、吸(xi)塵器等,其(qi)工作動力均采(cai)用(yong)單(dan)相交(jiao)流(liu)電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)。這種電(dian)動機(ji)(ji)(ji)結構(gou)較簡單(dan),因此有些常見故障(zhang)可在業余條件下進(jin)行修復。  

 1、電(dian)動(dong)機通電(dian)后不啟動(dong)  

    該故障除(chu)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源回路(lu)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)繞組不良外,大多(duo)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的啟動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)異常(chang)(chang)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)扇(shan)、排風扇(shan)、洗(xi)衣機(ji)(ji)等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)一(yi)般采(cai)(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器啟動(dong)運轉(zhuan);而電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)冰箱(xiang)、冷(leng)柜等的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)多(duo)采(cai)(cai)用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻分相啟動(dong)運轉(zhuan),一(yi)旦啟動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容器或(huo)分相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻損壞(huai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)就不能正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)運轉(zhuan),檢修(xiu)時應(ying)先排除(chu)啟動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)故障后(hou)再查電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)故障。 

  若啟動(dong)電(dian)路正常,則可能是電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)內部繞組局(ju)部短(duan)路或(huo)斷(duan)(duan)路,可用萬用表(biao)R×1擋測(ce)各(ge)繞組電(dian)阻值來判斷(duan)(duan)。 

  如(ru)電(dian)冰箱(xiang)壓(ya)縮機(ji)電(dian)機(ji),正常情況下(xia)啟動(dong)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)電(dian)阻值(zhi)約為(wei)23Ω,運行繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)電(dian)阻值(zhi)為(wei)10Ω左右,起動(dong)和運行串接(jie)繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)正常阻值(zhi)應為(wei)兩者之和。  

 2、電動機轉(zhuan)速(su)慢而無(wu)力   

       電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機在通電(dian)(dian)后(hou)轉(zhuan)速慢而(er)無力時(shi),對于(yu)電(dian)(dian)容(rong)啟動(dong)式電(dian)(dian)機大多為電(dian)(dian)容(rong)器(qi)容(rong)量(liang)不足、漏電(dian)(dian)嚴重或電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)過低;此(ci)外鼠籠轉(zhuan)子鋁條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)部分如果(guo)有嚴重的缺損及斷(duan)條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)情(qing)況,特別是(shi)洗衣機電(dian)(dian)機經(jing)常啟動(dong)和正反交(jiao)替(ti)運轉(zhuan),轉(zhuan)子鋁條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)較大的感應電(dian)(dian)流(liu)易使轉(zhuan)子鋁條(tiao)(tiao)(tiao)斷(duan)裂,也導致運轉(zhuan)慢而(er)無力。 

  當發現鋁(lv)(lv)條(tiao)有裂(lie)縫時,可(ke)用(yong)手(shou)電(dian)鉆在裂(lie)縫間鉆一個小孔,用(yong)相應的(de)鋁(lv)(lv)絲條(tiao)嵌入孔內,然后將其敲(qiao)平(ping)(ping)鉚死,最后用(yong)鋼銼(cuo)和砂紙(zhi)打(da)磨平(ping)(ping)整光滑即可(ke)。若鋁(lv)(lv)條(tiao)斷(duan)裂(lie)面(mian)較大時,有條(tiao)件的(de)可(ke)采用(yong)鋁(lv)(lv)絲氣焊的(de)方(fang)法加以修補。   

3、電(dian)動機外(wai)殼帶(dai)電(dian)  

    一般要求電(dian)(dian)機(ji)泄漏電(dian)(dian)流(liu)不應大于0.8mA,以保證人(ren)身安全。  

     電動機(ji)(ji)外殼漏(lou)電的主要原因(yin)有電機(ji)(ji)內某引出線絕緣(yuan)破損并碰觸殼體;電機(ji)(ji)繞組局部燒毀引起定子(zi)與外殼間漏(lou)電。較多見的是長期處于高濕環境,導致(zhi)電機(ji)(ji)受(shou)潮絕緣(yuan)降低而使(shi)機(ji)(ji)殼帶電。此(ci)時,可用(yong)搖表測量電機(ji)(ji)各繞組與機(ji)(ji)殼間的絕緣(yuan)電阻(zu)值,若(ruo)在(zai)2MΩ以(yi)下(xia),則說明電機(ji)(ji)已(yi)受(shou)潮嚴重,應將電機(ji)(ji)定子(zi)繞組進行(xing)烘烤去潮處理。   

4、電動機運轉(zhuan)時溫升加劇  

    各(ge)類家用(yong)單(dan)相電(dian)動機在正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)狀態下(xia),其電(dian)機殼(ke)體表(biao)面溫度一般比環境溫度高(gao)(gao)(gao)20℃左右,最(zui)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫升不應高(gao)(gao)(gao)于70℃。如果(guo)電(dian)機工(gong)作(zuo)幾分鐘后(hou)出(chu)現(xian)殼(ke)體表(biao)面溫度劇升,且機內散(san)發焦油味(wei)甚至冒(mao)煙(yan),則為電(dian)機過熱故障。  

    電機(ji)(ji)過熱溫升的(de)原因,主要(yao)有(you)電機(ji)(ji)自(zi)身(shen)質量問題;電機(ji)(ji)長期處于超負荷運行狀態(傳動機(ji)(ji)構故障引(yin)起電機(ji)(ji)負荷大);電機(ji)(ji)散(san)熱條(tiao)件差;電機(ji)(ji)繞組(zu)(zu)局(ju)部短(duan)路等。其中較常見(jian)的(de)是繞組(zu)(zu)匝間 短(duan)路,可拆開機(ji)(ji)殼檢(jian)查繞組(zu)(zu)。如果線包(bao)無(wu)燒毀現象,可將定子重新進行浸漆絕緣處理,然后烘干。若線包(bao)有(you)局(ju)部燒毀,那只有(you)更換繞組(zu)(zu)線包(bao)。  

   5、電動機(ji)運行噪(zao)聲(sheng)大(da)  

    電機(ji)工作噪聲(sheng)大(da),一般(ban)有(you)兩種原因,一是機(ji)械噪聲(sheng),主要是電機(ji)軸承磨損和(he)缺油,產(chan)生(sheng)硬摩(mo)擦噪聲(sheng)。對此可(ke)清(qing)洗后加入潤(run)滑脂減(jian)少噪聲(sheng)。當(dang)轉子軸與(yu)軸承松(song)(song)動或端蓋松(song)(song)動時,也會(hui)使電機(ji)在旋轉時產(chan)生(sheng)軸向竄(cuan)動發出噪聲(sheng)。也有(you)一些(xie)裝配質(zhi)量差的電機(ji),軸承室不(bu)同心,電機(ji)徑(jing)向間隙不(bu)均(jun)勻等均(jun)會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)異常噪聲(sheng)。對此,只要拆下外蓋和(he)后內蓋,取出轉子和(he)定子座(zuo),重新敲(qiao)鉚內蓋的中(zhong)心軸即可(ke)應(ying)急修復。 

  另外,一些(xie)罩極式電機的短路環松動(dong)或鐵(tie)心松動(dong)而產生(sheng)電磁(ci)噪聲,應采取夾緊措施(shi)。  

   6、其他方面故障  

  工(gong)業(ye)用(yong)電機在(zai)長(chang)期運(yun)行過程中(zhong),受應力(li)所致常會(hui)出(chu)現磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)類(lei)故(gu)障:如減速機的(de)(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)器傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)矩較大,法(fa)(fa)蘭(lan)面(mian)上的(de)(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)孔磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)遞扭(niu)矩不平穩;電機軸(zhou)軸(zhou)承損(sun)(sun)壞后(hou),造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)承位磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun);軸(zhou)頭、鍵槽間的(de)(de)(de)(de)磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)等(deng)等(deng)。該類(lei)問(wen)題發(fa)生(sheng)后(hou),傳(chuan)統方(fang)法(fa)(fa)多以(yi)補焊(han)或刷(shua)(shua)鍍(du)后(hou)機加工(gong)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)為(wei)主,但兩者均(jun)存在(zai)一定弊端(duan):補焊(han)高(gao)溫產生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱應力(li)無(wu)法(fa)(fa)完全消除,易造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)材(cai)(cai)質損(sun)(sun)傷,使(shi)部件(jian)出(chu)現彎曲或斷裂;而(er)電刷(shua)(shua)鍍(du)受涂(tu)層厚(hou)度限制(zhi),容易剝落,且(qie)以(yi)上兩種方(fang)法(fa)(fa)都是用(yong)金屬修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)金屬,無(wu)法(fa)(fa)改變(bian)“硬對硬”的(de)(de)(de)(de)配合關系(xi),在(zai)各力(li)綜合作用(yong)下,仍會(hui)造(zao)(zao)成(cheng)再次磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)。目前以(yi)非金屬修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)金屬的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)(fa)主要是高(gao)分子復(fu)(fu)(fu)合材(cai)(cai)料(liao)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)。材(cai)(cai)料(liao)具(ju)有超強(qiang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)粘著力(li),優異的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)壓(ya)強(qiang)度等(deng)綜合性能,應用(yong)高(gao)分子復(fu)(fu)(fu)合材(cai)(cai)料(liao)修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu),既無(wu)補焊(han)熱應力(li)影響,修(xiu)復(fu)(fu)(fu)厚(hou)度也不受限制(zhi),同(tong)時產品所具(ju)有的(de)(de)(de)(de)金屬材(cai)(cai)料(liao)不具(ju)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)退讓性,可吸收設備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)沖擊(ji)震動,避(bi)免再次磨(mo)(mo)損(sun)(sun)的(de)(de)(de)(de)可能,并延長(chang)了設備(bei)部件(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽(shou)命,為(wei)企業(ye)節省(sheng)大量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)停機時間,創造(zao)(zao)巨大的(de)(de)(de)(de)經濟價值。
